189.9 this morning.

I am not sure what my weights have been, my battery in my scale has been really low and has not read it some mornings.

I did my 10miler last saturday. I felt good. physically I don't think that I was down to my goal weight but I had a good run. I think I should have eaten a little more for breakfast.

i was 725 out of 2735 runners. I was 73 out of 172 for my age group.

1:27:42 That pace is a little slower than my training but it was only 12 seconds off per mile.

That's great!  I love MOP finishes for me!

Weight is coming off slow and steady. Not sure I can meet my 225 goal by the end of the month, especially since I'm going to a bachelor party this weekend. Need to really get focused in May.

April Goal: 190

I better stop screwing around or I won't get my goal weight for my Half on the 29th.  The good thing is I started at 213 lbs so I have shed enough to make a difference.  I ran my last half at 210 so even if I don't lose any this much I'm enough lighter to make a difference.  Just need to get back to eating clean and getting in all my workouts.

4/11: 194.8  Not bad for how bad I ate on Saturday.  My goal will be hard but obtainable.

4/17: 192.0  I had a great week of eating and workouts.  I only have 2 lbs to lose by the 29th to get to my goal weight for the race.  The bad thing is I will be tapering during that time so I will definitly need to watch what I eat so I don't bounce back up.  After that race I am going to try and get down to 180 for my first open water tri July 8th.  Oh and the great thing is when I put my numbers into the BMI I am no longer "overweight".  I take BMI with a grain of salt because it doesn't allow for athletic people, but it still feels good.

4/25: 192.0  Apparently my trip to Dallas for the Warrior Dash resulted in no weight loss, but really I'm lucky there wasn't a weight gain.  I did get down to 190 last Thursday and Friday so hopefully I can find my way back to that number by Sunday so I meet my goal.

2 lb drop this week was nice to see since I was injured the last week and couldnt get much exercise in. Gunning for sub 210 next month and getting ready for beach season!

Seems like a lot of weight to loose in that short amount of time.  I just hope that If/when it slows down I don't get discouraged.  Looks like I could just make the goal of 215lbs by the end of this month.  Need to decided on a goal for May, thinking 210lbs.

So weird. Makes me wonder exactly what was going on last week: true gain or some other factor?  Which makes me question this week's loss: was it real or just things smoothing back out?  But at least I am lower...

I expected that weight gain, I took advantage this weekend and celebrated the drop under 190 (too many restaurants :-) and it was my week to rest the body with less training. Getting myself ready for the big month coming up where I would like to get below 180 for June 01.

8 net pounds in a month? Solid. Yeah, a one pound bounceback as part of that is liveable. And restaurant food is ALWAYS more than we would have eaten otherwise.

Morning....

Ended March at my race goal weight of 204.6.  Then I ate whatever I wanted for three days, so re setting goals.   April sub 200

4/2/12: 209.6.  Yikes!

4/5/12:  205.4

4/12/12:  205.2.   Slight loss, which given my Easter weekend activities, is actually a relief

4/19/26: 206.6

4/26/12:  205.2.  OK, heading back in the right direction....
