Subject: Am I pooped, peaked or plateau(ed)?

I am exhausted...my training has been going very well and I felt very strong, but after doing a duathalon and a 5k race this past weekend, I'm dead.  I have zero energy and yesterday when working out, it felt like I was back to square 1. I'm frustrated...not sure if I've overtrained and need a break, if I've hit a plateau or if my body is saying....yeah I'm done. 

Suggestions to get back on track? or lap?Wink

You're over thinking it - probably just need a rest day

You're over thinking it - probably just need a rest day 

X2 Take an easy week. Eat good food, get a massage, play putt putt. Then get back to it next week.

I am sure you are all right...I need to not overthink it and listen to my body and I hope to be ready to rock and roll (again) next week.  Thanks for your comments!

might try changing your workouts up a bit; sometimes i just get bored doing the same thing over and over

I'm not sure what you mean by your posting...I have a log, I jsut don't keep it on this site, so it would be difficult for you to come to such a conclusion from reviewing my ghost logs.
