clif bar and powerade for breakfast, good sleep, easy run yesterday.

The run felt very good today, best long run i had in all my training.
What would you do differently?:

If I feel good i would try to pick up the pace and have a quicker time.

Warm down:

Need to keep moving for 1/2 hr or so because if i stopped i would feel nauseous and a bit dizzy, geordie said my lips were blue.

What limited your ability to perform faster:

Not knowing how hard to push.
