Super helpful, thanks! This, along with the first seminar from EN, has made up my mind. I'm going to sign up for the Lake Stevens 70.3, which is local to me, and use an EN plan to train for it. Then if that works and my schedule allows I'll do another full at some future point.

Don't forget I mentioned i ended up skipping about 15% of the workouts. However, I was pretty solid about the biking, at least in 2010.
