Questions to ask Triathlon Coach

Hello,

So my parents surprised me and for my birthday bought me a one hour consultation with a triathlon Coach (He was actually my swim coach for one year in High school and has a strong local presence so we do know each other). This is something I have considered in the past but was never really ready to do it. I am entering my fourth season of racing and have become decently competitive in my age group. Since this was unexpected and the consultation is tomorrow morning I have been struggling to plan out the best use of the time. I have come up with some questions regarding training and becoming more efficient/faster but wanted to poll all my friends here at Beginnertriathlete to see what good questions/ideas you may have. Any helpful information or advice would be appreciated. If I learn some awesome new stuff I will be sure to come back and share it!
