Subject: Visiting Edmond from IL

I will be in Edmond this week visiting my sis. Any good trails for running? Not bringing the bike but I am a Y member. Is there a Y nearby with a pool for lap swimming or cycling classes? Any other suggestions for an out of town girl?

Check out Arcadia Lake in Edmond. Great trails for running and a good place for open water swimming. There is also a Y in Edmond with a lap pool. There is also Lake Hefner in OKC. You can't swim there, but it is a perfect place to run.
