as you can see it shows my custom laps. What I want it to show is my km splits. I notice other peoples lap data seems to show km splits. How can I change mine.

That's the lap data as defined in the workout file on your watch. It's going to show whatever you set the on the device itself, whether it's AutoSplit, or done by pressing the Lap button during your workout.
