Subject: PSA - Low Iron - interesting article with study

So I got my blood results yesterday from my work physical on 3/12.  Ugh.  So anyway, a few wonky results later, and some google searches, I came across an interesting article I thought I'd share with you guys.

Very interesting read, and I like that the crux of it at the end is to simply eat good, healthy, normal meals and not to add yet another supplement to your regimen.
