Swiming lessons

Wow, i did my first swim last night with a masters swim team in Bozeman!!! What a difference in 1 hour, being told how to do it the right way. If anybody has a question if they should get lessons or join a team for pointers....DO IT!!! i am actually excited about the swim now, and not as much anxiety
