I picked up my first Tri package today.

Even had to step on teh scale tp confirm clyde wheight...

Ate 4 servings of pasta tonight, because it was yummy and I figured I need some calorires/carbs for Sunday...

 

Next up, tryin to go for an easy swim (despite full belly and tired arms)...

I'm a newbie too. The best piece of information I've gotten from BT isHAVE FUN! Let us know how it turns out. I suspect it will be just this side of awesome.
