My First/Next Tri vs PT Solutions Women's Tri Bike Course?

Has anyone done both the My First Tri/Next Sprint Tri and PT Solutions Women's Sprint Tri in Ackworth? How do the bike courses compare? I just did the My First/Next and am registered for the Women's Sprint and was curious what I can anticipate since I don't live close enough to ride the course easily.
