Subject: Patching a Wetsuit??
I just found a spring wetsuit for a great price at a resale store, but it has a tiny tear in the neoprene.  The fabric underneath is still intact and none of the neoprene around the tear is missing, does anyone know of a good repair method?the entire tear is smaller than a shirt button and the actual hole is about the size of a pin head.  is there a type of glue or sealant that is best for neoprene?

audiojan - 2012-07-10 7:16 PM Very simple to fix... http://www.trisports.com/sealcement.html

This stuff works great. I have a big tear (~2-2.5 inches) underneath the zipper in back. Goes all the way through the fabric underneath. I repaired that tear 3months ago and so far it's holding up really well considering I stress that joint every single time I zip up.

Awesome!  Thanks guys.

Also, what about storage?  Should I just put it on a hanger in the closet?

I keep mine folded on a shelf in the closet. It's better to hang it though, but make sure the hanger does have a wide, rounded shoulder and no sharp edges. A men's suit hanger works well
