Subject: Weight Loss Success

After 6 months of non-success I've now dropped 24 lbs since May 1 2012 by using www.myfitnesspal.com to log my food and doing the "Original Sprint" 13 Week Training plan.  I started at 260 on May 1st.  My training has not changed that much but my food intake has. I'm hoping to carry 30 less lbs. on July 29th when I do my next Sprint.

Congratulations!  I'm down 35 since I started training (mid-December 2011) but have hit a plateau the last two months or so that I am certain is due to my nutrition.  I'm returning to diligence on that front and the weight loss has started on its merry way again.

Indeed I swear by my fitnesspal.  I'm down 45 lbs since the beginning of the year and about 55 from a year ago.  People ask me how I do it and they can't believe a simple answer like "watching what I eat and exercise" but it really is just that simple.

Way to go, I also have a friend that used the same progam/app that you are using and has lost a bunch of weight also.  We both travel weekly, so it's really tough on the road and eating out all the time.
