Does anybody ride a Giant OCR or TCR Composite C2 ?

I am considering either for my road riding and interested in peoples opinions.

Cheers Guy

I have the carbon TCR2. Full Ultegra. I love it. It was a great deal for a great price. If it fits and you like the feel of the test ride. Get it. I must have test road 10-12 diferent bikes. This was the last one I tried and it was a perfect fit.

I have an OCR1 which I have had for about 3 months now and I love it. My LBS helped select frame etc for me and then fit it to me perfectly.

I am not an experienced rider yet but as a recommended entry level type bike I am very happy so far.

Have the OCR Composite (which I think is an Aus/NZ model only, badged as something else around the world) which I've had for about 6 months and clocked up around 2-3,000km and loving it. Really nicely specced, good value, has converted me to a compact crankset user.

However, it is a slack seat tube, long head tube geometry - therefore not suitable to convert to aerobars, really can't get low enough. But, if its just a road bike then a great choice.

Yeah I had wanted to put aero bars on it. Will look at trying both out before a final decision. Cheers Guys.

I started out on an OCR 2 and upgraded to the TCR C-3.  I love my TCR C-3.  The difference is that the TCR is ste up to be a little "racier" than the OCR.  I have aerobars on my TCR.  Still not as good as having a tri bike but they help.  Good luck!

I have a TCR C-Zero for my road bike. Aggressive, light, stiff and fast. I love it.

The OCR is way too relaxed for my tastes, but I've always had aggressive bikes from my road racing days.

I just bought the TCR C3.  I've loved it so far and it seems like a great bike for my needs, which include the triathlon and perhaps some beginning bike racing.

Hi Rick,

Do you mean the OCR is too relaxed from a handling point of view or the different angles/geometry compared to the TCR ?
