ughhhhhh...more frustrated with myself poorly planning a workout and cutting it short then skipping all together.  planned 8 mile run today with 4 mile 1/2 marathon pace tempo in middle, drug my feet getting out ended up running in 90 degree heat w/65% humidity and 95 degree heat index, dehydrated from the start, poor eating in the morning, and poor night of sleep.......RESULTS....cut the run short at 4 miles.....lesson learned!

Heat sucks. Its 85 degrees at 6am with near 80+% humidity most of the time, noon is rockin past the triple digits not including the heat index. Its hard running outdoors when I'm 3 minutes from a gym and I have a convenient treadmill whenever I want :P trying to split it 50/50 half outdoors half indoors.

Here in FLA, it's not just the heat, it's the 95% humidity this time of year and yes it does make a huge difference. Maybe this is why they don't schedule Te Disney marathon in July!
