Subject: poor planning = poor excecution ughhhhhh...more frustrated with myself poorly planning a workout and cutting it short then skipping all together. planned 8 mile run today with 4 mile 1/2 marathon pace tempo in middle, drug my feet getting out ended up running in 90 degree heat w/65% humidity and 95 degree heat index, dehydrated from the start, poor eating in the morning, and poor night of sleep.......RESULTS....cut the run short at 4 miles.....lesson learned! |
