Expert  1210   Near Tampa |  Subject: Garmin 310xt new Swim Tracking featureI just downloaded the latest software from y 310 and it comes w Swim Tracking. The site explains that it isnt as complete,e tc but I am planning on going for a swim at noon today and wanted to get someone else's feedback on this functionality. " it now accurately estimates open water swim distance and average speed." Has anybody tried it yet? What do you think? But, it doesn't really help you while you are swimming.... it's an after swim benefit. With all that said, I still stick the unit under my swim cap for OWS.
