Subject: 8.27.12 Monday Madness!

Good morning BT!

4:15am:  55 min run:  1 mile WU/2X1200m/4X800m/2:00 minute jog between repeats/cool down
5:15am:  Insanity Max Plyo Circuit

Back to school with my 8th graders today!  I can hear the collective "YES!!!" of parents throughout our town!

Have a great day...and sweat a little--or a lot!

4,400 yds in the pool. Felt awful in the beginning. Nearly threw up in the middle (seriously, not just the hard work burn). Stuck with it and felt a lot better towards the end.

After 2 weeks of vacation I have come back to real life. Also work messes and the Isaac crap as well, so nothing today. Back at it tomorrow.

Legs are a little sore after the 10k race yesterday. 

Strength training at lunch and a easy group ride tonight,  40km or so, hopefully try and spin out some of this lactic acid.  Undecided

1350 in the pool at lunch, went pretty well.  One hour bike ride after work today...could be 14 miles, could be 19...we'll see.  Hope all the teachers out there have a great year.

1 mile in the pool (25 yard lap pool) and PR'd for what it's worth.

Probably running 5 miles tonight after it cools off.

3.4km in the pool - did a 350m warm up before squad which was a 3.050 set for me!  Very happy indeed.

A quick 1500 yards in the pool during lunch.  First time back in the pool in a long time.  Been doing all my swimming at the lake.  Got in a 4 mile easy run this evening.  Perfect weather today.

1.5 hours on the trainer with varying intensities..20 minutes easy, 20 minutes very hard, etc.
