A good deal on 2012 FC 404?

I have the opportunity to buy a set of FC 404 for $1900, new. Wondering if that is a good deal. I'm getting rid of my mid 2000 404/303 set and upgrading to these. Will use these everyday and for possible races. I like my Easton EC90 tubbies for racing.
