Subject: RE: Anyone faster using Galloway than full run? This is a stupid question, but how fast do you walk for a RW method? I mean, casual 2.5mph walk or fast pace 4 mph walk, or something in the middle. Also, when you start running, do you run a faster pace than normal? Say, I normally run 10mm with no walking. I start doing RW method, 4/1. Do I run 9mm and recover in the walk, to try to have an even out 10mm. Or, do I run 10mm and walk recover, so i can run longer. I'm so use to watching current pace on my Garmin, that the walking throws in a wierd component for me. Or, I focus more on average pace and go by feel, run a tad faster to bring up my goal average pace or walk a tad faster. |
