OWS and Bike Ride This Saturday (9/22/12)

Member  98  Baton Rouge |  Subject: OWS and Bike Ride This Saturday (9/22/12)To any locals interested, there is a group of us meeting at Saterfields in New Roads for an OWS and bike ride this Saturday morning. Tentative start time of 7 a.m. The swim will be approximatly 30-45 mins and then we are planning on riding the River Roux bike route (or some of it) afterward. We will have a spotter in the water with us as a look out. We usually swim from buoy to buoy at your own pace for as long as you want. I'll post more details tmrw if anyone is interested. |

The fee is usually $1,000,000 per person, but for this weekend only we will wave the fee, The roads are ok, the route takes us into St. Francisville where they are a little better. Honestly none of us have actually ridding this route, so hopefully we'll make it, haha. |

Member 98 Baton Rouge | Subject: RE: OWS and Bike Ride This Saturday (9/22/12) The last time we did one of these training sessions was about 3 months ago, so I can't really say we "only do these on Saturdays", lol. It's not exactly a regular thing we do, but it's definitly possible that we could do a future session on a Sunday. I'll keep you in mind. No Meatpie for us, we are training for Austin 70.3 |
