Subject: Places to run in Chicago
I'm going to be in Chicago for a week and need some advice regarding places to run. I'm staying in the downtown area (near Navy Pier) and I need to know of any safe places to run early in the morning. Any Chicago BT'ers have any suggestions.

Don't live there, but I've been there. Try the Lakefront Running Path

The lakefront is filled with runners and cyclists in the morning this time of year.  Additionally, there are water fountains all along the way so you don't have to worry about bringing a water bottle.
