B2B - have room for 2+ in house I've rented

Long story short, I rented a house on behalf of my tri club, then half the people either cancelled or decided to stay only 2 days. Fortunately, some of my more caring friends are bringing people Friday and Saturday, but I have room for 2 to sleep in a bed on Friday and Saturday, and room for up to 6 to stay Wednesday - Sunday night.

I'll cut you a great deal to stay if you need a place - $50 per person per night. Way cheaper than any hotel, and we're between the swim start for the half and the full.

No psycho-killers, super-slobs, or drama queens. You need to buy your own food. There is wifi and some beater bikes to loll around (or race on if you're studly enough).  No kids under 15 (unless they're really cool and chill and don't mind being around a bunch of boring adults).
