Subject: PROFILE CREATION

Hi there!

I just signed up for the service but couldn't find at all the part of the profile that we fill up with statistics, demographics and etc.

Where can I fill up my sport history information?

I remember seeing something on the video tutorial by I just don't find it in the profile settings area.

With the Silver membership, it gives you access to the 30 detailed Silver plans.  Just go to 'Programs' and select 'View Silver' to start browsing the plans.

If you go to 'Your Silver Membership' in the login area top left, it will give instructions specific to you too.

Though maybe you wanted the 'online coaching' - that is an add-on and has a video.  You fill out a profile and background and the coaches help you select plans and answer questions.
