As some of you know I am a certified USAT Coach and have recently taken a position with an athletic training company out of the Atlanta area. The website is www.thesportfactory.com . There are many informative articles and training tips, plus a section where you can email the coaches and ask questions. A direct link to my coaching page is in my sig line.
