Subject: 320 mile 12 days

Going to run from the capital (London) to my home town in Cumbria approx 320 mile in 12 days. Doing it for a local cancer charity. Not looking for any sponsorship or anything.

Just wondering if anyone has done anything similiar? what were the biggest issues experienced on route. What sort of doubts and worries should i expect so that i can plan for them?

Any info is appreciated.
