Walking Dead Season 3 !!!! (May be spoilers!!) (Page 18)

I was getting tired of all the drama with Andrea and the governor so I was pleased to see how they just focused on a couple main characters. 

I still don't understand why Rick turns people away...I get it eats at the resources more but it also adds more to your group as far as protection goes and gives people breaks.  

I would imagine, if it was me, that I'd be skeptical of people but would still welcome them.

Make him earn his keep.  Besides the governor being a tool he has an idea going with Woodbury.  They were very safe until rick and his gang busted it up.  Use the same (or some of it) philosophy at the prison.  Secure it and lock it down as best as possible.  Job would be WAY easier with more bodies. 

I realize we are talking about a zombie tv show but sometimes the way things are written drives me nuts!

Yes, it's boring to keep stabbing the zombies through the fence.  But re-secure it, take the yard back!

Well,  we got to see a bit of slap and tickle from Glenn and Maggie.   AMC risque!

I watched it last night. And by "watched" I mean I read a magazine while it was on and only paid attention for the last 10 minutes. These past few episodes have been so dull.

I fell asleep halfway through.

Last week's episode was pretty great though, Morgan's freakout was amazing acting.

I'm with you.  That episode was boring, too!

The part where Daryl and Martinez were sort of getting along, and where Hershel and Milton were getting along was pretty lame.

It seems like the show is trying to set up some drama on which side Andrea will choose when it comes to the war.  And she'll probably die in the process.  Which is sad...because having her die because a human killed her wouldn't serve her justice.  She needs to get bit.  I would love it if she got bit in the arm...then Rick chops it off like he did to Hershel.  The only thing is that Andrea still turns...then Michonne finishes her off with her katana.  That would be an awesome season finale.

Yes...I have.  I was actually thinking that maybe Michonne could chop of Andreas other arm, and her jaw, and make her into one of her walker pets again.  But I think Andrea would be annoying as a walker too

I'm just worried they're going to find a hatch with some numbers on it.

If they decide to veer back towards the comic storyline, there will be some more limbs lost soon. I don't expect they will, but it's possible.

I like the last episode, it was a good setup to the big battle. You learn a little background on a couple characters, some of the grunts get to bond a little & get humanized in the process, and the verbal chess between Rick/Governor was mostly well-done. For those that complained, look at it this way: Lori's still dead, Andrea got put in her place, the Duck Dynasty brothers got some quality screen time, and nobody had to tell Carl to GET IN THE HOUSE. Compared to last season, this episode was a vast improvement.
