For those of you who keep track of your bodyfat in your training log where do you get your numbers? Do you have a personal machine or what??

I have a Tanita scale.
When I want an accurate measurement, I get on three or four times a day for several days and take an average since the reading can vary 2-3% in one day.
I use it now just to make sure things don't go the wrong direction.

Haha why so sad that it tells you?? Its good feedback im sure...... Ive seen those scales in stores and I've always wondered how accurate they were. Well now I know I guess. Is there any one kind you would recommend over another? or what kind do you have

If you go to this link on shape's website you'll see under "1. My Personal Information" a button that will help you find out your body fat percentage. This is actually the beginning of the sign up for their ishape service, but you don't have to go any farther than this page or really sign up for anything to find out your body fat. You'll need to know some of your measurements and your weight so make sure you have a measuring tape handy.

Calipers (4 measurements) and a spreadsheet. PM me if you want a copy of the spreadsheet.
