Hello, Getting ready to ramp up my offseason training and with less sunlight I am looking to do some reading. I have always been interested in reading Joe Friels The Triathletes Training Bible but have yet to do so. I was wondering if anyone had one laying around they would be interested in selling for a decent price? Just thought I asked before I went with amazon. Thank you!

it is the kind of book that if you like it you use it each year to set up your training. most people will hang on to it.

Joe autographed my copy when I met him a few years ago; think I'll hang onto it.  Wink

There are usually a lot of used copies floating around.  The book is more technical than a lot of people realize (it's like reading a school textbook) and many folks give up on it.

I would suggest that your forgo the TTB and instead pick up Dr. Phil Skiba's books (both available on his website); IMO they are far superior and much more user friendly than the TTB.

x2

I have a TTB that I would be willing to sell.  But that's because I don't think it's worth hanging onto.
