Subject: Registering for next years IM day after race

At the official M-Dot IM's where you can register for next years race the day after the current race, is that open to everyone or only to the current year's participants?

In other words, if I am at IMFL 06 to watch the race, can I sign up the next day onsite for IMFL 07? Or is that available only for the 06 participants?

Except IMLP I'm pretty sure you have to wait 48 hours  Wink

Yeah you can sign up that day...  I did IMWI last year and the next day people were signing up for this year.  As long as you have the money, you can sign up, some races you need to wait until they open reg, i think IMAZ did that this year.  It may vary from race to race.  Pretty sure you can sign up the next day for IMFL.

On the line of IMAZ, this year there was about a 30 day period before registration opened up. The race was April 9, 2006, and I signed up for 2007 in early May.

Not sure about the others, but I don't think they take credit cards at IMLP.  Cash or check only.
