Just did a 10k run for time. Went pretty hard. Best time since I started triathlon training a few months ago. Probably very close to a PR if it isn't one.

Progress!

Happy Turkey Day to all. I've been in bike shorts for 2 hours now and have yet to get on the trainer because of the phone and family nonsense

Turning it off so I can relieve some stress and burn some calories.

3 mile Turkey Trot this morning, PR @ 26:03! It was cold and my lungs feel like they've been scrubbed out with a dry brush. Still, PR feels good!

Happy Thanksgiving to my American friends! May your day be full of gratitude and love!

10 hrs, 30 sec on the trainer.

Mind of steel. Taint of titanium. Rode through an earthquake and did Gangnam Style on the bike when it played on TV.

17 min transition run after.

Happy Turkey Day!!!

6:00am:  2:00/36.50 miles on the KK

8:00am:  1 mile run per the challenge (running at least one mile a day from today through Jan. 1)

8:15am:  Dragged my two daughters in the workout room and we all did Insanity Cardio Abs together.  My 13 year old, upon finishing the 15 minute workout said, "Ok, now I can pig out all day today and tomorrow at the movies!"  Aaaah...to have the metabolism of a 13 year old athlete!  Ha!

Saying thanks today to BT...put simply, you've changed my life in so many ways and for that I'm especially thankful!

Have a wonderful day with friends and family.

Just got back from a 10k.  It was a very hilly course and tough.  I finished in 1:26:51.

Jesus Girl What are you training for some ultra ultra distance race, my lord I just can't even fathom

that much trainer time. But hey great job, and I am glad it's you and not me.

5K turkey trot this morning with my son. 20:53 PR, 8th of about 190 in my AG, and about 155th of 4,100+ overall, so very happy with the time, considering it's only been 5 days since I ran a HM. Happy Turkey Day everyone!
