Winter Training in Columbus

Hello!

I'm going to be in Columbus for most all of December, and due to a (very) early-season Ironman, will need to be doing some fairly substantial tri training.  Does anyone have suggestions for groups to meet up with?  Are there any group rides in December, or is everyone training indoors?  How about masters' swimming teams?  I'll be staying in Upper Arlington but have no problems with driving a ways, if necessary.
