Thinking, thinking, thinking... I need a green light from the SO first. Not meaning to hijack, but how quickly does the race sell out? Do you need to be poised over the keyboard the moment it opens (at 8? 9? 10AM the day after the race)?


Pretty much...it's is one of the fastest selling races out there bcause the course is soooo beautiful! I did it in 2005 and will be racing it in 2007!
If you are willing to purchase a Charity spot for $1,000 then you don't have to worry about the time to register. Those slots don't sell out as quickly.

IMLP '07??? I'm registering a week from today, as is Seth (Marlborough Man)! Aaron (Burniect) will be joinig us -- it will be the 1st for the three of us. Come on Mark (Stone), you in???

Yup, I'm planning on it.  Can't deal with the abuse I'd get from Rob and Seth if I don't.   Um, I mean I can't let Rob and Seth have all the fun next year.    We still have a week to work on Mark and KathyG(?).  I saw that Max was working on trying to convince her.

I am in as well. Not sure why but it is one of those inertia things. Cant wuss out now and I have year to be freaked out so I am starting the 07 freak out thread on Tuesday after registration! It will be great to see all those great athletes from Bt out there on Sunday.

Tuesday?? Why wait that long to start freaking out? I would think you could start the 2007 LP freak out thread at about 9:01 am on Monday. We're about 17 hours away, my credit card has started its taper and is all race ready.
