Try, "Going Long: Training for a Ironman."

Alternately, there is Mental Training for Triathletes (which includes Ironman-specific material).

I happened to be at Borders last night, there was a book called Mental Training for the Triathlete. One next to it was Swim Training for the Triathlete.

Most of the training books I saw last night had at least SOME mention of mental training. I didn't go too in depth in them all, though.

Get "Becoming an Ironman."  It will give you a glimpse into what a bunch of different finishers are thinking.  Even if its not what you are looking for it is inspiring.

Yes, yes, yes.  One fine, enjoyable, inspiring read.  Kinda like a book of really good race reports.

"Mental Training for the Triathlete" (I think that's the official name of it) is awesome in my opinion. All books mention mental aspects of triathalon but this book goes into a lot more detail and gives you tools to follow through with the advice.

I can't remember the author but I have the book at home and can get that for you if you need it.
