Previously Serious Triathlete Returns

Hey all.  I'm trying to come back after a couple of years off of racing.  Used to be pretty darn decent.  Well, try not training, eating like you know you shouldn't but are arrogant blended with delusional; and you will look like everyone else.

So from time to time give me some encouragement.  I'm open to friendly prods to outright drill sergeant in your face calling out.
