Subject: Back at it again
The last tri I did was Pigman in 2010. I am excited to be back into the tri scene again and look forward to completeing an Ironman this year.  If anyone has any good training or race advice I am open to suggestions.  Maybe I'll see you at a finish line some time soon.

Welcome to BT and back to tris! Which iron race did you sign up for? Most of them have race threads (either started or will) in our Iron Distance Forum.
