Subject: change tires before HIM
On a training ride today on same route for HIM i had a flat and I know it's not uncommon but i was wondering if i should change tires before race. My original which have about 600 miles are Bontrager lite and I was considering buying Bontrager X-lites or Hard Case. WHich one would you recommend or should i stick with my original?

Unless there is a hole or thin spot in the tire, I wouldn't change them right before a race. I did it last year and got some bad tires, which caused me to have three flats in the race and DNF.
