Anyone tried this version of the whole 30? Instead of meat it involves eating eggs, full fat organic yogurt, lentils and beans. Anyone had a go at this? If so, how did you feel? X

This is really old but...

I'm doing whole 30 and thought I could add meat into my diet, but I'm failing. I bought a few cuts of good beef, some chicken and some bacon. It was so pricey and I can't gag it down. I'm not vegetarian- I just don't like meat. I can handle broths and such, but not the actual flesh. I didn't realize it had been so long since I'd consumed meat. I'm only on day 3 and am realizing what I thought would be hard (SUGAR!) isn't. I have chickens so good quality eggs are easy for me to obtain. I'm going to keep following the basic rules and not add in any dairy or legumes.

What did you end up doing? How did it work?
