Knocked out a 6 mile run and now...to the pool and grill! Then to the sailboat to watch the fireworks.

First Annual Firecracker Fourth Drewathlon  ( our group name for a tough brick!)  27 miles bike (on Hills no less) followed by 4 miles on foot! (also on Hills!).  Best part is the soak in the lake after all done!

Then it's home to time with the fam.  Fireworks tonight!

Met an old friend. Did 1 hour pushing gravel with a fat tire and a flat tire. Ran for 6 mile after the bike. Beers by 8 am. Life is good.
