2.3.13 Super Bowl Sunday!

Good Morning

Taking a rest day here today, after the poor performance yesterday at bike class.

As far as the game goes I dont even know who's playing so I can't really pick a winner , I know me Bad.

10 mile run then fire up the BBQ!

2500 yds in the pool, when it opens at 9, followed by a 6 mile run.  Don't care who wins but will watch.

2500 meter swim when the pool opens at 11, and a 10k run this afternoon before the game.

Paused in the middle of Superbowl Party preparations for an hour on the trainer. Now back to work.

And although all the teams I care about have been bumped off, I'm rooting for the Ravens. I like an underdog and would love to see Ray Lewis retire with a Superbowl win (iffy history outside of the game aside).

The final day of the Tour of Sufferlandria for me today. Local Hero was the last video. Feels amazing to have completed 9 days of suffering! Now to treat myself with a pizza and crisps whilst watching the Superbowl... Its gunna be a late one, since coverage doesnt start till 10:30PM in the UK

The vent system had a hard time keeping up with the amount of stuff we put up in the air, but a super work out.

I'm suffering from a nasty head cold.  Slept in this morning to get some extra rest.  I've got 90 minutes planned on the trainer today.  We'll see.

Did a 46 mile bike ride which around here is called "around the mountain."  Don't know why because we ended up going up and over parts of it. Followed it with a 2 mile quick run.

And it being superbowl sunday, enjoyed some pork rinds to the repulsion of my wife and kids.

10.25 mile run.  Ab attack video that my wife uses.  30 minutes of total complete he!!.

2 pound of buffalo wings with ranch dip almost done.

Good Sunday if you ask me.

My Gym doesnt open till 1pm on sundays.  Really stinks

2 miles on Dreadmill

Felt great to have 2+ hrs to workout, usually like 45-60mins and im out

Had Vegatable and meat Lasagna for Dinner, thats it.  No wings, nachos, or beer. being a healthy boy today.
