Spring break! Its a rest day so gonna go mountain biking this morning with a recovery run in the evening with maybe some mindless spinning around on my road bike. I'm gonna skip both of those if a few friends wanna go to the stock show.

5:30am:  4 mile run

I would Like to swim today but I don't think that's going to happen till at least friday just to be on the safe side, sinuses  finally started feeling better yesterday and are much better this morning. So I wil probably see if I can find time tonight to get on the trainer for an hour or so.  

Its Snowing pretty good here this morning timing was perfect just enough snow at just the right time to make the drive into work slick as all get out because they hadn't put the salters or sanders out on the roads  yet.

Okay I'll get in! 1750 in the pool this morning and a weights workout at lunch. Yesterday was 200 in the pool and a 4 mile run. Tomorrow is just a nice hour long bike ride.

I got a half Marathon planned for Saturday so on a little bit of a taper. I will play some kickball tonight for an hour or so to have fun and get a little bit of running in.

Since i have been bad and missed mondays session, and then again miss the replanned session this morning as my phone battery died, it was a 53 min bike ride followed by a 25 min run brick session for me... I can honestly say i really enjoyed it! Glad to see that all this training is making me better off the bike and onto the run

Crazy weather for running. Started out sunny, then rain, sleet, and hail before getting sunny and warm. Hail hurts! 10.6 miles. And 30 minutes on the bike to spin the gunk out of the legs.
