Subject: NW Houston (Cypress) Rides Runs and Swims

Going to be in NW Houston 3/18 through 3/22. Any rides, runs or swims that anyone knows about that I can keep up my training with?

There is a cypress running club that I think has some group runs durring the week. I believe they are unsupported. I believe the runs are posted on facebook and newcomers are welcome.

There is also the Cy-Tri club, no organized rides durring the week, but if you look them up on facebook and ask someone might be interested in meeting you for a ride. We can certainly give you some routes if you like.

Tru-Tri is a tri shop in the Cypress area that may have a run here or there.
