Chrissy, my coach, and a bunch of tri friends, several of whom are now scattered across the globe.

Oh, I also follow Federal Donuts, because they tweet when the fancies are sold out or when a new flavor is coming.

I follow brands like Zoot, GU, Specialized, Clif, Infinit, Rev3, Ironman, Velobeats, Lava Magazine, Team RWB, RoadID, Runners World

Races I do like Redman, Chicago Marathon, Vineman

Athletes like Macca, Chrissie, James Hadley, Matt Lieto, Julie Dibens, Andy Potts, Chris Lieto, Deseree Ficker,  Miranda Carfrae

Yep all of those.  Terenzo Bozzone.  Cadel Evans.  Bon Jovi, Nickelback.  I follow probably about 50 from the maccax group.  Also Vinnie Tortorich, Rich Roll, Mike Reilly, family (all overseas).   I follow guys from swim squad - it's a way of getting updates when they're doing mad Channel crossings etc.

Oh so many.  I don't go in there all the time.  I prefer FB as it's more conversational.  But if something interests me I'll retweet it or reply.

Chrissy Wellington & Paula Radcliffe & Chris McCormick are the big ones.

Then there's several local bike shops/running shops, some training sites, a couple magazines, and a few random other racing organizations.
