Happy Easter Sunday!

Happy Easter everyone!  Got an early start this AM with 2:30 bike/40 minute run brick starting just after sunrise. Incredibly hot and I went through (I think) three liters of fluids!  Testing my one-piece tri-suit for a race in two weeks and glad that 1. It's comfortable for that much biking and 2. It does seem to have some of the advertised cooling properties--felt much better than yesterday, and last week's brick! PM (after Easter brunch) nice easy 20-minute recovery swim and some stretching.

Happy Easter folks.  Scheduled day off.  Going to enjoy the holiday and try not to stuff my face full of all the goodies

Did a small brick this morning while the beans were on the pit. Gonna run this evening.

Taking the day off because I am sore and tired! Sad part is that it is not from training, but from yard work yesterday. Will relax and enjoy. Happy Easter and praise Jesus!

Happy Ostara.  May we welcome the return of the spring goddess from her long season of dormant sleep.

Today is looking like a good trail run and letting Dali the wonder pup roam while I try and keep up.

Spending the day alone. Did my 15k run in an hour's time. First run of the year wearing shorts! It's getting warmer in Denmark, yay.

1:20 on the trainer and maybe a short run this evening. Happy Easter all.

Happy Easter all. Passover for me, feels like I've been eating bricks rather than doing them! Rough week for training and piriformis acting up, but went to the pool and did 4000 meters today, longest yet. Hour on the bike.
