OK -- giving this a shot for April -- hope that you'll have me (and be gentle!)

I spent most of the winter focused on the run.  Now I need to remember the tri part of triathlon!  

So my goals are simple for April -- 2 runs, 2 bikes, 2 swims every week.

Welcome all!!!

Did a recap of my "Average April" over the last 8 years (wow I have been doing some sort of tracking that long)

Average Bike 196 miles, Average Run 52 miles Average Weight 211.24 and BF% 23.6

Kind of interesting, when I set my goals - it was for 14 hrs bike which if I balance riding with kids, Mtn Bike and road will be about 200.  My weight loss goal would put me at 211 and change.  Now the run - to keep up with the 1000 mile pace bunny will be a bunch over that, but hey that is what makes it a challenge right??

I had the same thing happen. I logged out of my Google mail account and then was able to log in using the credentials OP posted. I think if you are logged in to anything Google it will give you this message.

I got a good swim in last night -- my local pool only has a 60 minute window for lap swim, and for the first time I was able to clear 2000m of front crawl in total (4 x 500m).  

On Tuesday night, I did a decent bike loop (23 km) for the first time since last fall.  Trying to get that up to 40-50km ahead of my first Oly in June!

Yikes, Dee! I'm heading to the chart to update now. Being tasered sounds painful.

Welcome aboard to the newbies since I last posted (which was April 1st, now that I think about it). I have two training goals, one in swim and then bike and two nutritional goals, one to cut out sweets after my dinner and the other is to fast for two 24 hour periods for cleansing. You see, I love to bake like my mom and since I was a wee child I've always had something sweet after every dinner. I want to start getting out of that kind of thinking. It's VERY hard (you should see the amazing cupcakes my daughter made the other day).

Thanks, Dee, for creating this personalized challenge and for keeping your taser in it's holster a bit longer.

Hey Dee!!! I'm in! April is the month of "NO MISSED WORKOUTS" Its going to be a tough month with prep for my licensing exam and I have to be disciplined to get all my workouts in for Honu and IM France prep. 

No slacking!

Swim: 13 hrs

Bike: 25 hrs

Run: 14 hrs

Core/Strength/Yoga: 4.5 hrs
