Subject: Tech shirts and dryers
So I signed up for a race and listed myself as an XL.  Old habits.  Tech shirt is bit of a tent now.   Is it possible to shrink these in the dryer or does it ruin them?   I always wash cold and hang dry

Unlike Geroge Costanza, you will get zero shrinkage with a tech shirt.

I wash my sports gear on cold and handwash in the washer and then dry in the dryer on the owest heat setting..

No shrinkage so far

Yeah, I machine wash cold and dry on lowest heat, and have never seen shrinkage. Don't think that's going to help you, but congrats on the weight loss.
