Subject: RE: 8 week Oly peak training plan Thanks, but the BT plans don't quite give me what I'm looking for --- they are not detailed enough (unless one spends $85 to upgrade to Gold) as they do not provide the specific HR/Power levels, interval timing, pace, etc that I'm looking for. I've seen plans like what I'm looking for in Triathlete mag or other articles, but I can't seem to find them when I search the internet ... or at least they don't readily show up in search results. Was hoping someone on here might know of something off the top of their head and can point me in that direction (I understand what I'm looking for will be somewhat generic given a 'true' structured plan would be custom made for me by a coach). [[[as a matter of background, I've been at the sport for 4yrs so I'm not a complete noobie (but I know I've more to learn) - have completed 4 HIMs and several Olys and I'm generally a FOP racer. I know what I'm looking for / what the training plan should look like, but quite frankly, I'm just to busy to sit down and build a plan myself and put the brain damage into constructing the days fo the week and volume/interval work]]] Appreciate any help or URL direction someone can provide.
