Subject: Races page not including T1 & T2 times
I'm using Google Chrome but not sure of the OS for this computer.

I just noticed that all of my races are missing the times for T1 & T2. Instead of listing the total race time from the report it seems to be adding the individual SBR times from the report.

Nothing major but just something I noticed. By the way, the new site looks great. Thanks for all the hard work on it.

I usually have at least one workout per day, sometimes two or three, but I spend about all in-between time eating. I am not gaining weight, but I am not losing weight either. Should I be concerned?

The optimal number of times you should weight train is dependant on the time of year, how close you are to your A race, and which training cycle you are in.

As a triathlete, there is one acronym that you just can’t fathom ever having next to your name in a race report – DNF: DID NOT FINISH.

For us beginners, a brick is usually a bike/run combo. This simulates the bike to run transition - many think is the toughest part of the race.
