My buddy introduced me to this site and was very impressed with peoples goals and testimonies of becoming a triathlete (like jeepfleed; are you CRAZY, I thought doing a Ironman was tough). Seeing people lose weight, to become better people, this site is very powerful! I love it! Please keep me accountable of working out and Loving to RACE! Thanks, JEFF

If you want accountability, just make sure you log your training in the log, start adding 'Inspire Me' comments to a few other peoples' training logs, and introduce yourself at your next (first?) race.
