Subject: Chocolate peanut butter smoothie.
So Im a member of this gym in Augusta Ga and they have these awesome "mocha peanut butter" smoothies. They mix 2 scoops of the chocolate stuff, 1 or 2 squeezes of the peanut butter like liquid, 1 scoop whey protien and muti vitamin with ice. I'm looking for recipes like this. These will be post ride, run or bike workout smoothies.
Oh, Im trying to beat the $5.00 a piece that the gym charges. Any help is greatly appreciated!

Here's my post-workout recipe, prepared in a magic bullet.

1/3 cup ice
coconut water to cover ice
One scoop Syntha-6 chocolate ice cream protein powder
banana
approx. two tablespoons peanut butter (all-natural such as Laura Scudder's or Justin's)
A little more coconut water to get the level right

Just picked up some of the PB2 powdered peanut butter and am eager to try this with the powder, although I think the consistency may be a little weird.

In this day and age of energy bars, protein powders and weight gain shakes, many athletes forget about “real" foods such as peanut butter. Peanut butter is perhaps the best sport food around.
