Subject: Iron Man and Half Iron Man age
The title basically says it does anyone know the age restriction. I am 16 and would like to next year do a half Iron Man I put the training in and feel capable of doing it. I done at few sprints this year and done well. Thanks

Depends on the race. Check out some races that you're interested in doing, and find out the requirements for those specific races.

You should really take into account that you are 16 and still growing. A HIM probably would be ok, but you really need to wait until your mid 20's to try a full IM race. This is due to the fact that your muscles and bone structure are still developing. Training loads such as that could be harmful to your body.
